Shipping and returns

Shipping and delivery

Everything is printed once you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse with your name on it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery after that runs 3 to 5 business days in the US, 5 to 10 to Canada, and 10 to 20 everywhere else.

International orders can pick up customs fees on arrival. Those are set by your country and we have no say in them.

Returns and damages

All sales are final. Every piece is made for you after the order comes in, so there is no shelf to put it back on. That covers size swaps as well, so check the size guide above before you buy, and ask us if you are between sizes.

If it turns up damaged or the print is wrong, that one is on us. Get in touch within a week and we will sort out a replacement.

Need an address changed? Message us quickly. We cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed, but we will do what we can before it goes to print.
