SHIPPING POLICY

What it costs

• US shipping is calculated at checkout by what is in your cart.
• International shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Everything here is printed once you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse with your name on it. That means two steps, and the second one starts after the first finishes.

• Printing: 2 to 5 business days.
• Transit after it ships: USA 3 to 5 business days, Canada 5 to 10 business days, rest of the world 10 to 20 business days.

You get a tracking number when it leaves the print facility.

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. Every country sets its own customs policy, and the fee is usually based on weight, value and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived

If your order did not turn up, tell us.

First check your shipping confirmation and make sure the address you entered is right. If the address was wrong we are happy to send another order to the correct address, though it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with your order number and we will see what can be done.
